My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were impressively big and very clean, offering great value for the price. I booked the king suite with the big tub and fireplace, which added a touch of luxury to my experience. The service was exceptionally friendly and caring, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, including arranging transportation and an early breakfast for my early departure. The location, though a bit farther from some attractions, was convenient for my visit to Berkshires and Tanglewood. The dining experience was good, with multiple options for breakfast, although the eating area felt a bit cramped. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my enjoyment of the stay.
